All our meats are local, grass-fed, or organic, and hormone free. Our vegetables are organic and carefully selected from local farms. We do not use any additives, colorants, MSG, or GMO in our kitchen, and all our dishes are made from scratch. In addition, all our salads, soups, and entrees have been prepared dairy free. On weekends Fez hosts a selection of local musicians for your dining pleasure.
