Kaafi Integrative Health offers counselling services for individuals, couples, and families to help them navigate life’s challenges, work through trauma and emotional distress, and find peace again. We work with individuals and communities to help heal the wounds of trauma from being exposed to racial violence and experiences of acute loss as refugees. Our mission is to respond to the disproportionate service gap for individuals and communities struggling with racial and refugee trauma, help improve psychological and emotional well-being and transform communities.
Our caring, compassionate, multilingual team of therapists and coaches is deeply committed to healing trauma wounds using holistic, culturally grounded, and transformative approaches. We combine several modalities with experiential knowledge and understanding that trauma is complex and that healing is a journey influenced by social and cultural contexts.
