organize, coordinate and promote a comprehensive accounting & other training programs in the assigned training field that is designed to meet the needs and interests of the EAAC community. To provide effective leadership that will ensure a positive learning environment and will stress the importance of academic achievement. To demonstrate a high degree of ethics, professionalism, human relations and be a positive role model for all trainees. Performance : 1. Organize, and implement the teaching fundamentals, and proper conditioning in the assigned training field. 2. Provide an atmosphere conducive to good training ship; compile and maintain accurate individual and team performance records; participate in the awards program(s) according to EAAC procedure. 3. Ensure that adequate supervision is provided for all trainees involved in the program; and being aware of environmental conditions. 4. Set up accounting training programs according US GAAP & International standards & IFRS, in addition to the Egyptian standards. Courses held: Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Purchasing Management, Inventory Accounting, Management Accounting and CRM
