Sarah Hamdan - Registered Dietitian

Sarah Hamdan is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Nutrition Program, a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, as well as a member of the Dietitians of Canada. Services/Clients: Based on a client-centered, culture-sensitive approach, Sarah really works with her clients to identify health goals. Recommendations are personalized and tailored to meet client goals based on lifestyle and needs. Areas of focus include (but are not limited to) ethnic/cultural foods, budget-friendly cooking and preparation, pregnancy nutrition, infant and toddler nutrition, nutrition for the elderly, weight loss, diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.
