Salam brothers and sisters! Fitness and Islam go hand in hand. I have trained my South Asian community for many years now and left them amazed with their results (physically and mentally). I am here to offer you a better lifestyle by taking care of your mind and body.

I am a Kinesiologist, Kickboxer, Yoga Instructor & Certified Personal Trainer and have a passion for health and fitness. I am a very down to earth person who loves to bring the best in others.
